Keanu Ortiz, a 20-year-old Latino from East Los Angeles, tragically lost his life on June 3, 2018, following a shooting incident that occurred the previous day. Keanu was walking near his home on Fraser Avenue with his older brother, Russell Lawrence Ortiz, when a confrontation with a Latino man in a black SUV escalated.
