Russell Lawrence Ortiz, a 27-year-old Latino, tragically lost his life on June 3, 2018, following a shooting incident in East Los Angeles. The incident occurred on June 2, 2018, when Ortiz was walking near his home on Fraser Avenue with his younger brother, Keanu Ortiz, who was 20 years old at the time.
