Rocio Lissette Vasquez, a 46-year-old Latina, was tragically found dead on August 24, 2015, in her home located on the 700 block of South Brady Avenue in East Los Angeles. Initially, firefighters discovered her body while extinguishing a fire in her residence around 6:45 a.m. Her body was found on a futon in one of the bedrooms where the fire had started. At first, investigators believed the fire was accidentally caused by Vasquez smoking in bed, leading to her death in the blaze. However, an au ...
