Jerry Jerome Kouiyoth, a 27-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on August 25, 2018. On that fateful day, Kouiyoth was riding in a car with two other men in the area of North El Dorado Street and East Hammer Lane when they were suddenly fired upon for reasons that remain unknown.
