Carlos Samoy, a 58-year-old resident of Stockton, California, was tragically shot and killed outside his home on October 18, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1 a.m., on the 4000-block of E. Fourth Street. According to the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to reports of a shooting and found Samoy suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
