Elijah Johnson, a 22-year-old resident of Stockton, California, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2019. On that fateful day, officers responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Hickock Drive and Comstock Drive. Upon arrival, they found Elijah Johnson suffering from a gunshot wound.
