Ryan Sacdalan, a 20-year-old resident of San Francisco, was tragically shot and killed on the night of September 18, 2018. The incident occurred around 10:20 p.m. at the corner of 46th Avenue and Moraga Street in the Outer Sunset District. According to reports, Sacdalan was fleeing an altercation when he was struck in the back by gunfire. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
