Rayshawn Dejoa LaRue, a 48-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2016. On that day, San Francisco Police officers responded to a call regarding a shooting on Dakota Street in the Bayview district. Upon arrival, they found LaRue lying on the ground, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
