Manuel Valladares, a 35-year-old resident of San Francisco, California, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2018. Valladares was fatally shot near Union Square at the intersection of Mason and Geary streets around 4:41 a.m. Despite being swiftly transported to San Francisco General Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. This incident marked the third homicide in San Francisco for that year, following two fatal stabbings earlier in the same week.
