Kwame Bell, a 25-year-old man from Stockton, California, was tragically killed on February 11, 2019, in East Oakland. Bell was sitting in his car on Clara Street near Interstate 880 when a 2000s Infiniti SUV pulled up beside him. The passenger in the SUV pointed an assault rifle at Bell and shot him multiple times, resulting in his immediate death at the scene.
