Terrance Kenyatta Smith Jr., a 20-year-old resident of Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 3, 2011. The incident occurred near Eastmont Town Center in East Oakland, around 3 p.m. on a Saturday. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Smith suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
