Garelle "Jigga" Smith, aged 29, was found shot to death on the morning of August 13, 2011, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred on Hamburg Street, not far from the location of the high-profile murder he was linked to—the killing of rapper Soulja Slim in 2003.
