Destiny Nicole Freeman, a 30-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost her life on July 23, 2019. Destiny, along with her boyfriend of 12 years, Tony Ray Charles Jr., was found shot to death in the alleyway of their apartment complex late that night. The Bakersfield Police Department quickly ruled their deaths as a double homicide.
