Michael Johnson, age 21, was fatally shot on January 7, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was discovered in the 2700 block of Washington Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. Johnson was pronounced dead on-site, and an investigation was promptly launched to determine the circumstances of his death.
