Michael Ray Munns III, a 21-year-old resident of Morgan Hill, California, tragically passed away on January 12, 2020, following an incident that occurred on December 13, 2019. On that fateful night, San Jose police responded to a report of an accidental shooting in the 4000 block of Formby Court.
