Lorenzo Nava, a 19-year-old resident of San Jose, California, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2017. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Tradewinds Drive, located in South San Jose, near Oak Grove High School. On that fateful evening, officers responded to reports of a shooting just before 7 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Nava suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, Nava succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
