Rasheen Ferguson, a 29-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on April 8, 2020. The incident occurred at an East Oakland car wash located in the 2300 block of Foothill Boulevard. Ferguson and another man, aged 36, were at the car wash around 3:45 p.m. when they were both shot.
