Tahjier Lafleur, a 17-year-old from Stockton, was tragically found shot to death on the morning of March 16, 2021, in East Oakland, California. His body was discovered on a lawn in the 800 block of East 28th Street, near Ninth Avenue, a predominantly residential area.
