Rafael Cervantes

Rafael Cervantes, a 20-year-old resident of Antioch, California, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2019, in a fatal shooting incident in East Oakland. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. in the 1200 block of 87th Avenue.
