Hadari Shonree Baker, a 23-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2020. The incident occurred in the Lower Dimond district of Oakland, where Baker had gone to purchase marijuana. According to police reports, Baker was shot multiple times by Marvin Ward Jr., a 32-year-old ex-felon, during the transaction.
