Hakeem Knox, a 21-year-old resident of New Orleans, was tragically shot and killed on October 4, 2012. The homicide took place in the Sixth District of New Orleans. On that day, Hakeem was found with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) has not disclosed many details about the circumstances of the shooting, and investigators have been working to gather evidence to identify the perpetrator(s) involved.
