Scottie Tripp Jr., a 28-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on January 16, 2021, in a shooting incident. The Bakersfield Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the early hours of the morning, around 5:25 a.m., in the 800 block of Taylor Street near Belle Terrace.
