Raul Gutierrez Jr., a 36-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on October 10, 2019, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred in the afternoon in South Bakersfield, specifically in an alley on the 800 block of Watts Drive. According to reports, officers responded to the scene around 4:20 p.m. and found Gutierrez with severe gunshot wounds.
