Maximilian Wyatt "Max" Mendoza, a 12-year-old boy from Chula Vista, California, tragically died on July 3, 2021. The incident occurred during a sleepover at the Woodland Hills Condominium Complex. According to reports, Max accidentally shot himself with a gun that his 15-year-old friend had brought to the sleepover.
