Ramone Joseph, a 36-year-old military servicemember, tragically lost his life on February 6, 2021, in Chula Vista, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Marquette Road, where police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Joseph lying on the ground with a gunshot wound.
