The shooting incident that claimed Hill's life also resulted in the death of Javel Lamar Wiggins Jr., a 24-year-old from Stockton, CA, and injuries to four other individuals. The police found shell casings from a high-powered automatic rifle at the scene but did not recover any firearms from the vehicles involved. The victims, including Hill, had reportedly attended a rap show at a nearby nightclub on Fourth Street before the shooting occurred.
