Charles Tingzon, a 28-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2021. The incident occurred in his apartment located on the 7000 block of Vassar Avenue in Canoga Park. On that fateful evening, at approximately 8:45 p.m., the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) received a distress call reporting an "Ambulance Assault with a Deadly Weapon Shots Fired."
