Oliver Brown Sr., age 29, was fatally shot on December 11, 2013, in the 7000 block of Oleander Street, New Orleans. Brown was discovered in front of a residence with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. At the time of his death, Brown was a father to six children.
