In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Denver, Colorado, the life of 53-year-old David Darnell Edwards, a man known affectionately to friends and family as 'Super Dave,' was tragically cut short. On March 15, 2015, at approximately 10:45 p.m., the sound of three gunshots pierced the night in the 3400 block of Race Street. The gunshots were detected by the Denver Police Department's 'Shot Spotter' system, prompting an immediate dispatch of officers to the scene. A 911 call from a nearby residen ...
