In the waning days of 2017, the city of New Orleans lost a beloved son, Randy 'Bubbie' Irons Jr., a 28-year-old man known for his vibrant spirit. On the evening of Sunday, December 17, 2017, tragedy struck in the 7th Ward, where Irons was fatally wounded by gunfire.
