In the quiet of a Baton Rouge evening on June 14, 2014, the life of Jeffery Francois, a 31-year-old man, was tragically cut short by gunfire. The incident unfolded in the 3100 block of Mission Drive, where Francois was discovered inside a vehicle, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
