Timothy Pena, age 20, was killed on December 17, 2013, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On that morning, Timothy was in his truck along with two other individuals, Devin Holland and Brannon Cook, when he was fatally shot in the back of the head. The shooting was linked to a drug deal that went wrong, and it took almost six years for arrests to be made in connection to his death.
