In the early hours of an October morning in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the quiet of the Zion City area was shattered by violence. Roosevelt Netter, a 52-year-old man, was discovered on the patio of his home on Bluegress Drive, having been shot multiple times. The discovery, made sometime around midnight on October 3, 2017, marked the tragic end to his life.
