On a violent day in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, that saw four separate shootings within a ten-hour span, 22-year-old Larry Williams, an African American male, was fatally shot. The incident occurred on December 30, 2017, outside a daiquiri shop, shattering the festive season with an act of violence.
