Eddie Alonzo Keys III, aged 33, was shot and killed on July 21, 2015, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Originally from New Orleans, Eddie relocated to Baton Rouge following Hurricane Katrina. He was a licensed minister at James Chapel Baptist Church in New Orleans and a 2013 graduate of the Louisiana Culinary Institute. Eddie’s death was a tragic loss to his family and the community, who remembered him for his devotion to ministry and his culinary pursuits.
