Lloyd Wayne Cockrell, a 55-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on July 9, 2022. The incident occurred at a marijuana dispensary located on Stine Road. According to reports, officers from the Bakersfield Police Department responded to a call around 5:20 p.m. regarding a shooting at the dispensary.
