Detective Luke J. Fallon, aged 55, tragically lost his life on May 18, 1962, in Brooklyn, New York. Fallon, a dedicated member of the New York City Police Department for 25 years, was on patrol duty with his partner, Detective John Finnegan, when they responded to a robbery call at a tobacco shop located at 1167 48th Street in Brooklyn.
