In a crime that sent shockwaves through the community, three-year-old Noel Perez Maldonado was tragically killed on April 15, 1984, in what has become known as the Palm Sunday Massacre in Brooklyn, New York. The horrific event unfolded at a house located at 1080 Liberty Avenue in the East New York neighborhood, where a total of ten people lost their lives. The victims of this brutal act included two women, two teenage girls, and six children, all of whom were shot at close range.
