Noel Perez Maldonado, a three-year-old boy, tragically lost his life on April 15, 1984, in what became known as the Palm Sunday Massacre in Brooklyn, New York. This horrific event took place at 1080 Liberty Avenue in East New York, where ten people, including Noel, were brutally murdered.
