Michael Falco, a 30-year-old resident of Troy, NY, was reported missing in late February 1985. His disappearance remained a mystery for over a decade until Gary Evans, a childhood friend and criminal associate, confessed to Falco's murder in June 1998. Evans, who led a ring of burglars and thieves in the Capital District of New York, admitted to killing Falco and disposing of his body in a swamp near Lake Worth, Florida.
