In the late hours of a spring day in Troy, New York, the life of 24-year-old Rafael J. Caraballo was tragically cut short. On May 17, 2020, Caraballo, a male, was found several blocks from where the sound of gunfire had pierced the night, near the intersection of 5th Avenue and 107th Street.
