Rafael J. Caraballo, a 24-year-old resident of Troy, NY, was tragically killed on May 17, 2020. The incident occurred in the Lansingburgh neighborhood of Troy, where Caraballo was fatally shot. According to reports, Troy police responded to a call about shots fired in the vicinity of 5th Avenue and 107th Street.
