Sabrina Fost, a 20-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost her life on July 24, 1991. Sabrina, who was eight months pregnant at the time, was attacked while walking to a bus stop. The assailant, Lester Ford, raped and shot her in the face. Despite the severe injuries, Sabrina was rushed to the hospital where she successfully delivered her baby, Brian. Unfortunately, Sabrina succumbed to her injuries shortly after giving birth.
