Auxiliary Police Officer Milton S. Clarke, aged 47, tragically lost his life on December 1, 1993, in New York City. Clarke, who served with the New York City Police Department's Auxiliary Police Section, was off-duty at the time of the incident. He was working in his auto repair shop when he heard gunshots on Eastchester Road in the Bronx.
