Kei Sunada, a 22-year-old resident of Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on August 4, 1994. Sunada, who lived in the LeFrak City housing complex, was found with a gunshot wound to the head in the fourth-floor stairwell of his building. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries three days later without regaining consciousness.
