In the summer of 1995, a wave of violence cut short the life of David Roth, a 54-year-old man from Manhattan. His death was not an isolated incident but part of a tragic series of events orchestrated by a single individual. On June 19th, Roth was at his workplace when he encountered Darnell Collins. Collins, in the midst of a multi-day, multi-state crime spree, had just committed another murder nearby.
