Charles Bruce, a 52-year-old volunteer firefighter from Malverne, Long Island, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2013, during an annual hunting trip in Westford, New York. Bruce, a father of two, was with friends from the Malverne Fire Department when the incident occurred.
