Justin Crowder, a 25-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2015, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred outside his home at 12 Devonshire Court, near Thurston Road, around 2:40 p.m. Crowder was shot in the upper part of his body and was found dead near the steps of his home.
