In the early evening of May 27, 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence on the streets of Rochester, New York. Dakota Podlaski, a 20-year-old Caucasian male, was at the corner of Dewey Avenue and Magee Avenue when he was struck by a gunshot.
