On a tragic Tuesday afternoon in Buffalo, New York, the life of 14-year-old Raymond Floyd Patterson III was cut short by gun violence. The young male was on a footbridge over the Kensington Expressway near the Kenfield-Langfield housing development on August 12, 2014, when chaos erupted.
