On August 30, 2012, 28-year-old Quincy Balance was shot and killed at the intersection of Northland and Stevens Avenues in Buffalo, New York. His murder was connected to gang violence involving the Schuele Boys Gang, a notorious group operating in Buffalo's East Side. Roderick Arrington, a member of the Schuele Boys, was convicted of Balance’s murder.
