On a spring evening in Buffalo, New York, the life of 44-year-old Lonnie Lard Anthony was tragically cut short. On April 15, 2017, while sitting in his car on Dodge Street, Mr. Anthony, a male, was fatally shot. The sudden violence of the act left his family reeling and a community searching for answers. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the start of a long and painful journey for his loved ones.
